Pan Pacific Whistler is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to enhance the guest experience by ensuring immaculate accommodations in stunning Whistler, BC. Lead and develop your team in an exciting hospitality environment!

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of housekeeping operations, working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to manage daily tasks and make sure quality standards are consistently met. You will have the opportunity to train your team, inspect various locations, and coordinate with other departments for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping personnel
• Perform inspections for cleanliness and quality assurance
• Delegate room assignments to Staff effectively




• Train and mentor recent housekeeping employees
• Manage inventory and usage of cleaning supplies

Requirements:
• Experience in housekeeping with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene guidelines
• Competence in managing guest requests professionally
• Ability to adapt to high demand periods
