Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble reinforcements by spot welding
• Mark and prepare door skins for installation
• Operate welding equipment and plasma torch
• Maintain equipment and part inventories diligently
• Perform assigned tasks from Lead Hands

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret blueprints effectively
• Experience in sheet metal work and using power tools
