Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care, including feeding and hygiene support
• Monitor and report changes in physical or behavioral conditions
• Implement behavioral support plans and document progress
• Participate in treatment meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications accurately as prescribed
Requirements:
• Graduate in Developmental Service Worker or related field
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention training
• Valid G Driver's License for transportation
• Experience with dual diagnosis individuals
• Robust communication and observational skills
