YWCA Hamilton is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to enhance the lives of women and families in need. This role is part-time, focusing on support in daily activities and emotional well-being.

In this role, you will work directly with adults facing developmental disabilities and other challenges in a vibrant residential setting. Your support will help individuals navigate daily routines while promoting their independence and dignity. Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver impactful, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
• Complete necessary documentation and progress tracking
• Implement individualized care plans and strategies
• Foster a supportive community workplace

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in social services or community support
• Experience in group living settings preferred
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and NVCI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
