We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a proven track record to join our dynamic team at Canad Inns. In this role, you will maintain room conditions, repair essential systems, and ensure all fixtures function properly. Responsibilities also include performing aesthetic improvements and addressing preventative maintenance across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Conduct general plumbing repairs effectively
• Replace damaged mirrors and hang fixtures
• Maintain room appearance through repairs and painting
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician is a must
• Ability to work at heights up to 10'
• Must handle 50lbs safely
• Experience working in diverse seasonal conditions
