Amica is looking for a creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to oversee all community programming. This role will require robust organizational skills, experience with geriatric programming, and a commitment to fostering a vibrant community. You will supervise the Life Enrichment Assistant while also being actively involved in the design and implementation of fitness and leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate innovative activities for community members
• Lead fitness programs tailored to seniors’ needs
• Manage a team of assistants and volunteers




• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices among residents
• Ensure comprehensive communication with families and staff

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Recreation or related discipline
• Proven experience in elderly care programming
• Strong background in fitness and healthy living
• Current certificates in CPR and Food Safety
• Ability to inspire and lead diverse individuals
