As part of the Housing Services team, you will work to ensure the safety and well-being of residents while upholding a participant-centered care approach. Responsibilities include moving in new community members, conducting safety checks, and providing comprehensive support for immediate needs. You'll foster team-oriented relationships with partners to enhance services and promote resident independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate move-ins and collaborate with community partners
• Perform floor checks for safety and maintain cleanliness
• Manage medication storage and distribution
• Implement programs to boost participant engagement
• Handle crisis situations and provide necessary resources
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in human services, especially with homelessness
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm reduction
• Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail
• Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
• CPR and Mental Health First Aid certifications
