Key Responsibilities:
• Support personalized plans to improve social functioning
• Facilitate various group programs for client engagement




• Monitor clients’ medication intake and document accordingly
• Mediate disputes to promote resolution and peace
• Conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as required

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related Social/Human Sciences field
• At least 1 year in therapeutic or correctional environments
• Solid MS Office skills and database familiarity
• Reliable mode of transportation
