In your role, you will work closely with the FRN Supervisor and various service providers to facilitate customized service plans for families. Assessing needs and advocating for resources, you'll build strong connections to aid families facing multiple challenges. This part-time role includes alternating shifts and requires travel throughout Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries from children, youth, and families
• Perform needs assessments with a family-centered approach
• Create individualized service plans for ongoing navigation




• Develop solid referral pathways to community resources
• Support families in overcoming barriers to service access

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Services
• Minimum of two years of experience in support roles
• Strong documentation skills for client interactions
• Understanding of child and family development
• Knowledge of community resources available
