Join Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Tenant Support Worker in Duncan, BC, aimed at supporting low-income adults with housing barriers through dedicated assistance and skill development. This role is vital in helping residents achieve greater independence and well-being.

As a Tenant Support Worker, you will report to the Site Manager and play a critical role in enhancing tenants' quality of life. You will assist with intake assessments, develop tailored service plans, and coordinate support to ensure tenants' essential needs are met. Your role will also involve administrative tasks and continuous monitoring of client progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tenant intakes and assessments for support
• Create and implement personalized service plans




• Monitor and report on tenants' progress and needs
• Assist with documentation and statistical data collection
• Support volunteers and practicum students involved on site

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Two years of relevant experience required
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License as needed
• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
