Key Responsibilities:
• Format and maintain facilities-related documentation
• Receive and document maintenance requests accurately
• Keep electronic and physical records of facilities information
• Assist in scheduling inspections and contractor visits
• Respond to inquiries about facilities processes and services
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 plus office skills courses
• At least two years experience in an office setting
• 40 wpm typing speed required
• SPSSecurity Clearance and RCMP Reliability Status needed
• Proficient in office software applications
