As a key team member reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide tailored coverage options to meet the diverse needs of existing and new clients. Your role will involve not just establishing solid relationships but also cross-selling other insurance products offered by ONE Insurance. You will handle your assigned Personal Lines Book while ensuring exceptional policy management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet defined growth and sales objectives yearly
• Generate and follow up on recent customer leads
• Oversee retention and growth of a personal lines portfolio




• Perform coverage reviews and manage client policy updates
• Assist with Autopac transactions and miscellaneous duties

Requirements:
• Two years managing a Personal Lines book preferred
• Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License required
• Experience with Autopac and other insurance lines is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
