• Execute timely maintenance work orders
• Resolve maintenance concerns within 24 hours
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks systematically

Requirements:
• 2+ years in residential or property maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with vehicle access
• Knowledge of Ontario residential legislation is helpful
• Capacity to participate in on-call rotations
