As an essential member of the team, you will engage with individuals dealing with various addictions and mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include individual counseling, preparing treatment materials, and ensuring the safety and security of the setting. Familiarity with EMHware is preferred to document client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual counseling and brief interventions
• Prepare group programming materials and handouts
• Ensure the safe operation of the facility
• Monitor the status of safety equipment,



like defibrillators
• Collaborate with community partners for referrals

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in addictions and supportive counseling
• Skilled in crisis management and de-escalation techniques
• Understanding of anti-oppression frameworks
• Experience in residential settings is an asset
