As a Technical Sales Support at ICONIX, you will engage with customers to deliver superior technical assistance while supporting the sales process. You will educate clients on our product benefits, process their orders, and contribute to warehouse and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-level technical support and service to clients
• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Develop quotations, bids, and correspondence




• Partner with the Outside Sales team for client growth
• Participate in warehouse and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with technology and current computer applications
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
