Become part of the Nature's Path Foods team as a Regulatory Affairs Administrator on a hybrid basis in Richmond, BC. This 12-month contract emphasizes compliance and documentation management essential for quality assurance.

In this role, you will oversee supplier documentation and regulatory records to ensure adherence to company standards. Engaging with both suppliers and internal teams, you’ll respond to inquiries on certifications and documentation, while supporting the verification of product artwork according to established guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep supplier documentation and certifications updated for compliance
• Ensure timely follow-up on expiring and outstanding records
• Maintain detailed regulatory registers and documentation




• Answer inquiries related to regulatory certifications and compliance
• Review product artwork for accuracy and labeling standards

Requirements:
• Preferred education in Food Science or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in documentation, record management skills
• Cooperative mindset for team contributions and projects
