Step into a pivotal role at Sun Peaks Resort as a Lift Operations Lead Hand for the winter season! You'll oversee chair lifts, ensuring a protected and enjoyable experience for our guests in a beautiful outdoor environment.

We are looking for individuals with at least one year of lift operation experience. As a Lead Hand, you will assist Lift Operations Supervisors in managing daily lift activities and ensuring that guests enjoy world-class snow experiences safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe operations of passenger lifts and conveyors
• Supervise and manage areas as directed by operations leaders
• Conduct safety checks on loading and signage
• Provide clear direction to lift staff

Requirements:
• Minimum one season of lift operation experience
• Effective guest service and leadership skills
• Strong personal work ethic and detail orientation
• Clean BC class 5 driver's license required
