Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced

Senior SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to join their project immediately and will run until July 2027, with possibility of an extension.

The ideal should have 15 to 20 years of dedicated OCM experience, with a solid focus on supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Materials Management, or closely related business functions.

Along with proven success in driving large-scale, complex transformation programs across multiple locations and/or countries, with the ability to quickly integrate into established initiatives and deliver impact without an extended ramp-up period, must have hands-on experience managing OCM activities across the full transformation lifecycle from readiness assessments and impact analysis through to adoption and sustainment while navigating complex program environments that involve diverse stakeholders, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.

This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities: Apply expert OCM knowledge to develop and deliver change management assessments and plans for large-scale, complex programs and initiatives.

Support change across multiple stakeholder groups, business functions, locations and organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Develop and execute structured change management approaches using client established OCM methodology, tools and standards.

Conduct detailed: Change impact assessments, Organizational readiness assessments, Stakeholder analyses, Adoption assessments.

Develop and execute OCM strategies encompassing: Communications, Sponsor roadmaps, Learning and training, Coaching, Resistance management.

Risk and issue management, Business acceptance and adoption.

Lead or support communication, learning and other OCM activities based on program scope and the overall resourcing model.





Prepare senior stakeholders and business leaders to effectively deliver OCM communications, presentations and learning activities.

Partner with Human Resources teams, including the Organizational Change Management Office, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, to develop integrated change solutions.

Consult with business leaders to build sponsorship, engagement and alignment around the transformation.

Provide coaching and guidance to project managers, business leads, change sponsors, project teams and extended change teams on: Change management.

Change sponsorship, Resistance management Stakeholder engagement, Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, conflicting priorities and opportunities for integration across concurrent initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM activities and provide progress reporting to program and business leadership.

Monitor organizational adoption and identify gaps requiring additional change management intervention.

Facilitate long-term sustainment activities to ensure changes are embedded into business operations and benefits are realized.

Support OCM budgets, project costs, schedules and reporting as required.

Contribute to broader OCM community through: Sharing OCM expertise and best practices.

Adoption of corporate OCM, communications and learning standards.

Continuous improvement of OCM tools and practices.

Participation in the OCM community of practice.

Championing the value of organizational change management.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the pipeline, midstream or broader energy sector.

Oil & gas industry experience.

Experience supporting SAP or S/4HANA transformation programs.

Additional OCM experience supporting HR transformations. SAP/S/4HANA experience is considered an asset.

Prosci(a global change management firm and structured methodology focused on the ''people side'' of business transitions)or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
