With your expertise in fine-tuning, prompt engineering and monitoring, you will directly contribute to the quality, robustness and impact of AI solutions deployed at the Bank.

Your job: Assess the performance of AI models using advanced metrics and specialised tools such as Deep

Eval.

Fine-tune AI models to meet the specific needs of banking use cases.

Design and optimise prompts for generative AI models to improve their relevance and efficiency.

Implement monitoring systems to monitor the performance of models in production.

Work with analysts and developers to integrate models into the Bank''s technology solutions.

Work with the AWS rock platform to deploy and manage AI models.

Use Terraform to automate AI infrastructure in a cloud environment.

Participate in technology monitoring and evaluating new AI tools and models.

Help disseminate AI best practises and train team members.

Your team: The Vice-President, Data and Operational risks, is a number of specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to simplify processes, enhance data value and support the organisation''s technological evolution.

In the Data Management sector, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 25 passionate AI specialists, reporting to the AI Factory Manager.

Prerequisites: Bachelor''s or master''s degree in computer science, mathematics, artificial intelligence or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or AI model development.

Proficiency in Python and AI libraries.

Experience with Terraform and cloud environments, including AWS.

Experience implementing AI solutions experience with model evaluation tools such as Deep

Eval.

Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
