In this position, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the upkeep of both interior and exterior spaces at a luxurious hotel recognized for its service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional guest service consistent with AAA Four Diamond Standards
• Maintain daily operations of hotel facilities and guest areas




• Oversee landscaping and regular grounds upkeep tasks
• Assist in preventative maintenance schedules and tasks
• Manage restoration projects and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Hold a valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with good history
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and power tools
• Solid physical capacity for lifting and outdoor work
