In this critical role, you will mentor and lead the Paint Line team, guaranteeing that production workflows are smooth and effective. With a focus on quality control and operational excellence, you will troubleshoot challenges and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential to meeting our company’s production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor team members on machine operations and safety
• Coordinate daily production to maintain workflow efficiency
• Conduct quality assurance checks on finished products




• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant production experience
• Grade 12 or equivalent certification required
• Robust knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing
• Proven track record in effective leadership and negotiation
• Ability to repetitively lift materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
