In this role, you will work alongside the Supply Chain ERP Transformation Lead to oversee essential aspects of the ERP implementation. Your responsibility will include documenting requirements, conducting testing, and optimizing user training. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and effective training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document operational needs and process flows
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and validation
• Monitor master data accuracy and consistency
• Support the creation of user training guides
• Engage in change management activities for smooth adoption
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3-5 years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution
• Experience in ERP systems is highly valued
• Familiarity with ERP implementations a plus
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
