DHL Express currently has an opening for a bilingual Contact Centre Advisor in Winnipeg, MB. You will work across call, chat and email channels to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support in a fast-paced omni-channel setting.
The role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple chats while meeting KPIs and quality targets. Shift is 8am–4pm CST, with wage of 23.94 CAD/hour and increase per collective agreement.
