As the Customer Service - Marketing and Event will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of birthday and internal store events. As well as contribute to the development and execution of engaging and effective marketing campaigns, support the management of various social media platforms of video content for promotional purposes..
In collaboration with management team, you’ll provide hands-on coaching and guidance, helping your team deliver top-notch service and create an engaging, protected environment for our young guests. You’ll be instrumental in driving positive behaviors that lead to a best-in-class experience for kids and their families.
Job Responsibilities: Understanding and performing the responsibility of a Customer Service Representative role.
Communicate with customers through email, phone, and in person managing bookings for birthday parties and events. Utilize company software to ensure smooth scheduling and provide in-store tours to showcase party options.
Plan, organize, and execute birthday parties, events, and promotional activities with creativity and attention to detail.
Support all aspects of event/birthday party planning, execution, including room setup, decoration, catering coordination, transportation logistics and all aspects of events/birthday parties.




Design and execute the store's advertising strategies by creating promotional content such as posters, photos, and videos, managing social media platforms, handling internal and external communications, establishing collaborations with vendors, and maintaining email communication with customers.
Work with management on party and event inventory maintaining inventory at all times
Following trends to promote on social media
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of all areas, including restrooms, common spaces, and the children's playground. This includes the prompt and hygienic handling of any incidents involving bodily fluids such as urine, feces, and vomit, ensuring that all surfaces are disinfected according to health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Performing any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
What we are looking for: 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong written communication skills in email correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good organizational skills.
Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
