Larlyn Property Management seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support its portfolio across Southwestern Ontario. Ideal candidates must be versatile and prepared for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts.

In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with various maintenance tasks, including repairs, suite preparations, and property upkeep. Responsibilities include timely completion of maintenance requests, tackling plumbing and drywall work, and managing landscaping. Strong time-management and customer service skills are crucial for success in this organized position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance requests efficiently and effectively
• Prepare vacant suites for re-renting with repairs
• Perform cuts and fixes with plumbing and dryers




• Engage in basic landscaping and maintenance of exteriors
• Troubleshoot and resolve building issues as they arise

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance services
• Previous experience in renovations is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must provide own tools and have vehicle access
• Comfortable working flexible hours and on-call shifts
