STRIVE is looking for a Heavy Equipment Field Technician with at least four years of experience in heavy construction. This permanent opportunity involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment predominantly on client job sites. A robust ability to troubleshoot and provide top-notch customer service is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and maintain earthmoving and aerial machinery
• Conduct inspections and safety tests on equipment
• Assist with repairs in the shop as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation of all repairs and inspections
• Uphold Health and Safety Policies on site

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in heavy equipment maintenance
• Technician License (421A or 310T) preferred
• Valid G-Class driver’s license with a satisfactory abstract
• Full tools set necessary
• Capability to use modern diagnostic software
