You will oversee various aspects of lending, including mortgages and auto loans, ensuring accuracy in documentation and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders. Your role as a subject matter expert will enhance the Member experience and promote the inclusion of all voices in the process. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute mortgage and loan funding activities
• Instruct solicitors and manage insurance obligations




• Triaging and processing Member requests efficiently
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations
• Investigate transaction discrepancies for resolution

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in retail banking or lending environments
• Comprehensive understanding of lending processes
• Proficient in relevant financial software
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
