In this role, you'll leverage your 3+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication to take projects from concept to completion. The Production Associate will collaborate closely with the Design Director to source materials, build prototypes, and oversee trade show logistics while ensuring quality standards are met. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively will be essential in meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive prototypes through to production readiness
• Manage sourcing and delivery timelines for materials




• Collaborate on custom product requests with the Production Manager
• Troubleshoot production issues to maintain design integrity
• Oversee logistics for trade shows and brand events

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a fabrication or manufacturing shop
• Hands-on woodworking and/or metalworking skills
• Knowledge of shop drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
