Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries




• Provide House tours and receive donations
• Support volunteers with training and oversight
• Coordinate daily administrative tasks and supplies

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts
