Key Responsibilities:
• Help maximize productivity in the press operation
• Insert and secure cylinders into plastic rolls
• Splice plastics from old rolls to new ones
• Monitor and maintain ink levels every half hour
• Palletize finished products for shipment preparation

Requirements:
• Experience in a flexographic or graphic litho press setting
• Mechanical skills and process understanding
• Strong communication abilities
• Capability to handle 50lbs regularly
• Flexibility for 8-hour rotating shifts
