The part-time role involves guiding three seasonal canvassers in engaging discussions about housing affordability. You will develop volunteer leaders and create meaningful connections within the community to empower residents and influence local policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute turf-based deep canvassing initiatives weekly
• Recruit and nurture volunteer leaders for campaign ownership
• Supervise and train paid canvassers focusing on quality interactions
• Maintain data for tracking persuasion and engagement
• Facilitate volunteer meetings with local representatives

Requirements:
• Background in community outreach or canvassing
• Robust organizing and leadership skills, both paid and unpaid
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools for data tracking
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
