In your role at Sunrise, you will focus on meal preparation and serving, always meeting high standards for food quality and presentation. Following dietary modifications is essential, as is maintaining a compliant kitchen environment. You’ll also record safety temperatures and keep thorough cleaning logs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals with standardized recipes
• Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards
• Stock and store food according to regulations
• Keep kitchen and equipment areas clean
• Support the dining service and dishwashing

Requirements:
• Relevant cooking experience preferred
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to maintain high standards in meal preparation
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability to lead in the absence of Dining Services Coordinator
