Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Sr. .NET/C# Developer - Banking. This position involves supporting and enhancing automated systems, delivering business reporting solutions, and providing high-quality customer service within a critical data management team. This contract offers the potential for extension and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $72.46/hr– $86.96/hr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes

Develop and enhance business reporting tools to provide timely and accurate insights for internal stakeholders

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal clients

Ensure development activities comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards

Partner with IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Desired Skill-Set

Over 5 years of proven software engineering experience, preferably in financial services or data management

Extensive technical experience with .NET, C# (version 8 or higher)





Strong background in SQL Server, TSQL, SSMS

At least 3 years of experience with Python programming

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, GIT, and DevOps practices for a minimum of 3 years

2+ years of experience with Data Bricks

Familiarity with automation frameworks, data reporting tools, and database technologies

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
