Dynamics 365 Lead Developer Location: Montreal, QC Work Mode: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent (FTE) Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Lead with solid expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Platform, Azure, and C#/.NET .

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture, solution design, development, integrations, platform engineering, Dev

Ops automation, and production support for enterprise-level Dynamics applications.

The role will focus on building a secure, resilient, scalable, and highly observable Dynamics platform while partnering with business-aligned squads to provide solution guidance, code/configuration reviews, reusable tools, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.

Define solution architecture, technical designs, integration patterns, and development approaches for Dynamics 365 solutions.

Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform .

Build Dynamics functionality iteratively following Agile development and engineering best practices .

Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, plugins, customizations, and integrations .

Implement comprehensive unit, integration, functional, regression, and performance testing .

Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/on-premises systems using:



Azure Service Bus Azure Data Factory Azure Logic Apps Azure SQL Data migration tools and capabilities Support AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics 365.

Contribute to core platform engineering initiatives involving security, resiliency, scalability, observability, upgrades, and data integration .

Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Power Platform Engineering, Networking, and Exchange/Email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.

Review code, configurations, and technical solutions to ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Develop reusable common tools, functions, frameworks, and automation to support engineering teams at scale.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dev

Ops automation using Git

Support application releases, deployments, upgrades, and provide post-production support and troubleshooting .

Identify technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

Communicate technical solutions and recommendations effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service .

Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics plugins, and Power Platform architecture/design .

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services , including:



Azure Data Factory Azure Service Bus Azure SQL Azure Logic Apps Azure Key Vault Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio .

Strong development experience with C# / .NET .

Experience with Git

Hub Actions and CI/CD automation .

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, security, scalability, and resiliency .

Experience with Agile and iterative software development methodologies .

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to exercise sound technical judgment and make effective engineering decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure .

Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices .

Experience managing the full application testing lifecycle, including: Functional Testing Regression Testing Performance Testing Integration Testing User Acceptance Testing Experience with application delivery and release management.

Comfortable interacting directly with business users, product owners, and stakeholders at all levels .

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
