Make a difference as a part-time Facilitator at the Burnaby Youth Hub. Enhance youth services through effective program delivery and community collaboration.

Join Purpose Society as a Facilitator responsible for the Burnaby Youth Hub's operations and programming. You will work 14 hours per week, ensuring that services meet the diverse needs of youth aged 12-24. Your leadership will include organizing events, collaborating with partners, and supporting volunteers. Experience in youth support and community engagement is critical for this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily Hub operations and activities
• Facilitate community engagement meetings and events
• Create programs specifically for marginalised youth




• Maintain outreach strategies via social media
• Build healthy relationships with community partners

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social sciences or related
• Proven experience in youth services or non-profits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Robust organizational and advocacy skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Support youth in Burnaby’s inclusive space through dedicated facilitation and programming.
