BGC Okanagan is looking for dedicated Residential Youth Workers for its Penny Lane facility. This role focuses on offering individualized, strength-based support to youth caught in complex and high-risk situations. You’ll be instrumental in creating a protected space, encouraging life skills development, and helping youth establish vital community ties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on youth assessment and goal setting
• Facilitate social skills learning through activities
• Ensure the safety of clients in the residence
• Provide behavior management and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities

Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant human/service field
• Two years’ experience in youth-related roles
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Successful completion of criminal checks needed
• Flexible schedule for 21 hours per week
