In this full time position, you will actively monitor and assist residents from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This dynamic role involves fostering secure relationships, conducting safety checks, and coordinating educational programming for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety of residents through monitoring
• Conduct regular safety and status checks
• Develop client discharge plans and track progress
• Manage resident programming and workshops
• Liaise with external agencies as required

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in frontline services
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Completion of accurate background checks
• Diploma or degree related to social services
• Strong capabilities in handling conflict and providing support
