As a vital team member, you'll report to the Campus Manager and lead the In-Residence Program ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. This role includes mentoring students, developing curricula, and fostering strong family relationships. You’ll be key in creating a supportive and spiritually centered atmosphere helping individuals transition towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mentorship sessions for students each week
• Record student progress meticulously using provided systems
• Create, teach, and adapt curriculum as needed
• Maintain open communication with families regarding student progress
• Assist in organizing events and manage compliance issues
Requirements:
• Existing or willingness to obtain pastoral credentials
• Effective writing and verbal communication skills
• Robust relationship-building capabilities
• Knowledgeable in ATC’s mission and values
• Possess a valid driver's license
Lead with faith while delivering impactful support to students and families through their recovery journeys.
