We are preparing to hire a dedicated caregiver to work full-time, providing 30-40 hours per week of compassionate care to our son, William. Ideal applicants will have a willingness to learn and adapt to William’s unique needs, ensuring he feels comfortable and secure. Training begins immediately, allowing for overlap with existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Care for William, focusing on his specific needs
• Help manage daily activities and routines
• Use lifts and equipment to aid in mobility
• Facilitate outings in William's accessible van
• Collaborate with the team for effective care

Requirements:
• Must be available for full time shifts, including one weekend
• Enthusiasm for learning about special needs care
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work closely with William’s care team
• Positive attitude to connect with William
