The Accounting Assistant position in Kelowna, BC, is a permanent full-time role where you will manage payroll remittances, prepare year-end documents, and ensure accurate financial statements. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle payroll remittances with precision and care
• Prepare working papers for payroll periods and year-end
• Perform complex reconciliations of various ledger accounts




• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Manage additional accounting tasks as required

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years completed in CMA, CGA, or CPA Program
• Four years’ relevant experience in accounting
• Typing proficiency test of 45+ NWPM within 48 months
• Accredited educational certificates from recognized institutions
• Willingness to work on-call or casual shifts
