This full time position includes a variety of daily maintenance tasks which directly impact the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and responding to operational requests from staff. In addition, you'll conduct important checks on safety equipment such as fire alarms and kitchen appliances, ensuring every aspect of our facilities is operational.

• Address maintenance requests from staff efficiently
