As part of the maintenance team, your role will involve custodial work and addressing building issues while ensuring positive stakeholder experiences. You'll maintain protected operational practices and collaborate with various community groups to assess their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform custodial duties and routine maintenance tasks
• Liaise with community stakeholders effectively




• Keep accurate logs of activities and equipment use
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly
• Assist in developing maintenance policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Must obtain Building Service Worker Certificate
• Strong knowledge of janitorial and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
