In this pivotal role, you’ll guide Brow & Beauty Experts in maintaining high service and compliance standards. Alongside the Retail Account Manager and Regional Education Manager, you’ll conduct short salon services while fostering a positive, fun workplace atmosphere. Be the ambassador for the Benefit brand through exceptional service and skilled growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by demonstrating and recommending Benefit products
• Conduct brow and facial services with expertise




• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Brow Bar
• Onboard and train new Brow & Beauty Experts

Requirements:
• Aesthetician certification preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetician service experience
• Flexibility to cover shifts, including weekends
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Demonstrated ability to manage change positively
