BGC Okanagan is looking for a dedicated Child Care Worker for our part-time position in Ok Falls. Support children's growth through educational activities while fostering a close-knit community.

This role is essential in nurturing children aged 6 to 12, ensuring safety and providing enriching experiences. You'll engage with parents, develop activities, and manage volunteers while complying with safety and licensing regulations. Each day presents an opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and nurture children aged 6 to 12
• Organize and implement creative program activities
• Use Club vans for transportation to recreational sites
• Recruit and support program volunteers
• Liaise with community service professionals for referrals

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or working experience with children
• Age requirement of at least 19 years
• First Aid Certificate and Food Safe certification
• Class 4 Driver’s Licence requirement
• Pass Agency screening process, including criminal check
