This role requires a commitment of 4-6 hours per week from July 2026 to April 2027, reflecting your dedication to student success. You'll lead initiatives like recruiting upper-year mentors and organizing peer support pods based on interests or goals. Your organizational skills and ability to engage large volunteer networks will be crucial in managing the mentorship program effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and vet big siblings from CMP's volunteer base
• Coordinate buddy pairings to support first-year students
• Facilitate peer pod formations around interests
• Oversee the anonymous advice channel for students
• Update the First-Year Survival Guide with student input
Requirements:
• Authentic passion for peer connection and belonging
• Proficient in building relationships and managing networks
• Organized and dependable when working with volunteers
• Empathetic communication representative of CMP's ethos
• Background in mentorship or community-building preferred
