Become the Head Coach for Women's Rugby at York University and lead a talented team. This is a temporary role focusing on coaching, player development, and competition preparation.

In this professional coaching position, you will oversee all aspects of the varsity program. Responsibilities include planning training sessions, recruiting players, and ensuring their growth in alignment with team values. A minimum of three years of related coaching experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective coaching strategies
• Manage player recruitment and selection processes
• Facilitate skill development and tactical preparations
• Maintain adherence to university and sports organization policies
• Attend all required competitions and championships

Requirements:
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Minimum three years rugby coaching experience preferred
• Valid coaching certification required
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Clean driver's abstract and First Aid Certification necessary
