In this role, you will assist individuals in setting career goals and offer tailored resources through the Integrated Employment Services program. Your mentorship will empower clients to successfully enter and sustain employment while addressing individual needs, including those of diverse populations and newcomers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured job search support in both individual and group settings
• Guide career exploration and skills identification
• Provide training on workplace expectations and rights




• Maintain documentation of client interactions and progress
• Support the development of local employment partnerships

Requirements:
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar Employment Services roles
• Familiar with job search tools and community resources
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as necessary
