We are hiring for a Mobile Dev Lead.

The role focuses on leading iOS application development, mobile architecture, and technical delivery using Swift, SwiftUI, and iOS technologies. A strong fit will have 7+ years of iOS development experience with team leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management experience.

What you bring 7+ years of iOS development experience.

Strong team leadership and team coordination experience.

Strong expertise in iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, iOS SDK, and REST API integration.

Experience with MVC, MVP, and MVVM architectures.

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or Azure Dev

Ops.

Robust understanding of mobile security, performance tuning, and application lifecycle.

Experience leading offshore and onshore development teams.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.





What you''ll do Lead iOS application development and technical delivery.

Design and implement mobile architectures using MVC, MVP, and MVVM patterns.

Develop modern mobile user interfaces using SwiftUI.

Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.

Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.

Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.

Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Dev

Ops teams in Agile environments.

Mentor developers and lead onshore and offshore teams.

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Support CI/CD implementation and release management.

Lead more than one team as a Development Lead.

Nice to have Banking and Financial Services experience.
