Adecco is currently hiring a Marketing Analyst for a full-time temporary opportunity in Toronto, ON.
This hybrid role is ideal for an analytical and strategic marketing professional with strong expertise in data analysis, market research, business strategy, and translating complex information into actionable insights.
In this position, you will research and analyze market and industry trends, support the development and execution of marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
You will leverage data, market insights, and business knowledge to solve complex challenges, influence strategic decisions, and support incremental business growth.
Pay Rate: $59.54 to $68.63 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Hybrid, Tuesday to Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary Contract Vacancy Status: This posting is for an upcoming vacancy.
Responsibilities Research and analyze market and industry trends to support marketing strategies and business case development.
Gather, organize, and analyze information relevant to business objectives, comparing different options and identifying appropriate courses of action.
Develop comprehensive strategies that address complex business challenges and the needs of stakeholders across multiple functions.
Identify opportunities to drive incremental growth and establish clear objectives and success metrics.
Evaluate new market and product opportunities and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Respond to ad hoc data and research requests by providing analysis, insights, and technical support to senior leaders.
Conduct data-driven analysis, develop metrics, synthesize complex information, and identify meaningful market and business trends.
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence business decision-making.
Identify potential conflicts between stakeholder goals and objectives by assessing underlying business needs and assumptions.
Anticipate future business issues, risks,
and opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.
Partner with stakeholders across teams to define strategies, priorities, and measurable success metrics.
Perform strategic analysis to identify opportunities to optimize business performance and support best-in-class execution.
Apply statistical analysis, experimental design, marketing analytics, and data judgment to evaluate business opportunities and performance.
Develop dashboards, presentations, and executive-ready materials that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
Apply strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide subject-matter expertise in marketing and data analytics, applying industry principles and best practices to evaluate organizational impact.
Apply project management and consultative skills to coordinate initiatives and support successful execution.
Exercise sound judgment and take timely action in alignment with organizational values and standards of conduct.
Support an inclusive workplace by encouraging diverse perspectives, inclusive decision-making, psychological safety, and effective collaboration.
Qualifications Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Strong experience in marketing analysis, data analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and interpreting complex datasets.
Demonstrated marketing analysis and industry research capabilities.
Solid data judgment with the ability to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Technical acumen and the ability to work effectively with analytical tools, data, and business systems.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
Experience with experimental design and evaluating business or marketing initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of business operations and relevant industry trends.
Excellent consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to identify business challenges, evaluate alternatives, and recommend strategies that support growth.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
