Sign on Bonus $5,000Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour, we pay based on experience.

Journeyperson rate shown; apprentice rates scale with level.

Position Overview: Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment: rooftop units, make-up air units, chillers, boilers, walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, etc.

Diagnose equipment issues, replace faulty components, and complete repairs efficiently.

Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts.

Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

Keep current with advancements in HVAC and refrigeration technologies and best practices.

Job Qualifications: Journeyperson Refrigeration & Air Conditioning certificate preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.

Refrigerant handling (ODP) certification.

Hands-on experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC or refrigeration systems.

Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Valid Class 5 driver''s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
